When and Where?

The 2019 National Convention is taking place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Belfast.The dates for the diary are 22 – 24 November 2019. The Program officially starts at 2pm on Friday 22nd.

The Gala Dinner will be held in the prestigious Belfast City Hall.

How do I get there?

Most of our delegates will be flying over to the convention and you can fly into either Belfast International Airport or Belfast City AirportBelfast City Airport (George Best Airport) is a short 10 Minute Taxi whilst Belfast International Airport is a 45 Minute Bus Journey.

You can also fly into Dublin Airport but this will be a two hour coach up to the metropolis of Belfast. Coaches are frequent and fairly inexpensive from Dublin.

You can also often travel to Belfast by bus (even from the Mainland) or bring the car over on the ferry and make the most out of your time on the island of Ireland!

When does the Early Bird Rate start and finish?

The early bird rate ends on 31 July 2019 at midnight. The price is £150 and you are welcome to pay over three instalments.

This rate will increase to £180 after this date until the end of September.

After 30 September, the rate will increase again to £195 until the Convention weekend.

What about Accommodation

Belfast has a huge variety of Accommodation options including Hotels, Hostels and AirBnB. We recommend booking a room at the Crown Plaza Hotel which is the venue for the weekend and special rates are available upon booking. Please contact the Crown Plaza to arrange your booking.

If you wish to stay in central Belfast (short taxi journey to and from the Crown Plaza) we recommend staying close to the Belfast City Hall which will put you in a prime location for all amenities.

Can non-members attend?

Yes, everyone between the age of 18 and 40 can attend!

For non-members we have reserved a limited number of day pass ticket which will be released in August. This will grant you access to all speakers and workshops.
